Think about the hiring mistakes that you have made in the past. After a short time on the job, you realize that the person whom you hired is a misfit. You wasted time and resources. Here are tips for improving your hiring processes:
1. Employment Applications – Use online form, if possible. Require applicants to complete the form in its entirety.
2. Sort and separate the completed applications into “A” “B” and “C” stacks. Interview the “A” applicants. Selectively interview the “B” applicants. Do not interview the “C” applicants for solid and lawful reasons.
